Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Registered Massage Therapist, I work with you to restore your balance and get you in the pink.

I use a variety of different techniques to faciliate the restoration of your body and well-being. Some of the techniques include deep tissue ( within your comfort range), effleurage, cupping, joint mobilization, GTO, myofascial release, petrissage but not limited too.

I am well-versed in working with different conditions as well as different populations such as children & the elderly. Some of those conditions are pregnancy, fibromyalgia, postural dysfunction, stress and tension, impingement, neurological dysfunction, CF, RA, OA just to name a few.
