Covid - 19 Protocol

In order to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have put certain protocols in place. This is what you can expect prior, during and after your appointment.

Before your Appointment:

• You will be virtually screened for your risk of Covid-19

• You will receive an email with an intake package which include health history.

• These forms must be returned via email prior to your appointment.

• Ask me about new public health measures in place

Upon Arrival:

• You will be screened for our risk of Covid-19

• Wash your hands

• Wear a mask

• Practice Physical Distancing

• Arrive alone, as close to your appointment as possible

• Please text to announce your arrival

Behind the Scenes

• Linens, blankets and pillows will be changed and cleaned after each appointment​

• Treatment room will be completely disinfected between each appointment

• All surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected often

During your Treatment

• Wear your mask

• Your RMT will also be wearing a mask

​

After your Appointment

• Wash your hands before leaving

• Contactless payment if possible (tap your card)

• Practice physical distancing
